Below is a list of our most Frequently Asked Questions which we hope will answer some of your own questions. Q:   When does my order need to be received by?
A:   We must receive your order by the Thursday before Memorial Day.
Q:   Where and when will I receive my order?
A:    Your graduation announcement package order will be delivered to your home address by the first week of June, if you order prior to mid-May. Orders placed at the end of May will take approximately one week to fill. Your cap, gown and tassel unit will be delivered to your school’s main office prior to your graduation. No matter how early we receive your order, it cannot be filled until after all the orders received on the school’s order days have been filled.

Q:   Can I order just a cap, gown and tassel unit?
A:   Yes.

Q:   Can I order any other items separately?
A:   No. We cannot fill special orders, once the orders for the school have been sent to the factory. We only have pre-assembled packages available.

Q:   Why was I not notified of the original order days at the school?
A:   We make every effort to notify each senior and their parents. We ask the schools to distribute graduation announcement order packets to all seniors and make loudspeaker announcements. We also hang up posters at the school announcing order days. In addition to notifying the students, we send a postcard to each student’s home addressed to their parent or guardian, indicating the order days. If a student is not in school on one of the order days, we accept orders by mail up to at least 2 weeks after the last order day.

Q:  What if my student does not graduate?
A:   We do not give refunds on orders placed on the individual order program. Therefore, you may want to wait to place your order until you are sure the student will graduate. We must receive your order no later than the Thursday before Memorial Day.

Q:  Can I  fax my order in?
A:   We prefer your order be mailed to us with a money order or certified check payable to Larry DeWitt. However, you may fax your order to us at (315) 656-7132 with a credit card.

Q:  Can I send in the original order form I received from the school?
A:  No. The order will be returned to you with an individual order form.

Q:  Can I place an order over the telephone?
A:  No. All orders must be submitted in writing.
